
At the intersection of 9 de Julio and Santa Fe avenues, two buses collided, resulting in more than 25 injured passengers being attended to by the SAME staff. The accident occurred on Tuesday morning, involving a unit from line 59 and another from line 67 in the Retiro neighborhood. As a precaution, a partial traffic cut was made in the area.
The medical team from SAME arrived at the scene with 12 ambulances and provided assistance to a total of 26 injured passengers, none seriously. The injured were taken to several nearby hospitals such as Fernández, Rivadavia, Durand, Ramos Mejía, and Argerich. Drivers were advised to avoid the area due to the large police operation deployed in the area, as the accident happened between the two avenues.
